GOVERNMENT DECREE detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on education the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;

Pursuant to the law on education in March 1998;

According to the recommendation of the Minister of education and training, the DECREE: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope 1.
