Property Of Muong Lay district Township left 11,119 ha natural area and 3,552 demographics.

Lai Chau town rest 5,236 ha natural area and 9,279 demographics, there are 2 administrative unit is the ward Na Lay, Black River.

Dien Bien province has 955,409.70 ha of natural area and 440,300 demographics, there are 8 administrative unit is the District of Mường Nhé, Muong Lay, Dien Bien, Bien, Education Week, Precipitated the pagoda, the town of Lai Chau and the city of Dien Bien Phu.

Article 2. The Decree has effect after 15 days from the date The report. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are repealed.
