The DECREE regulating the fire and forest fire _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on fire prevention and 29 June 2001;
Pursuant to the law to protect and develop forests on December 3, 2004;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of public security, the Minister of agriculture and rural development, the DECREE: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope of this Decree, regulations on fire, forest fire, armed forces organization means, funding, investment, policy regime for operating room fires and forest fire; the responsibility of the Government, agencies, institutions, households and individuals active in fire and forest fire.
Article 2. The object of applying bodies, institutions, households and individuals work, live on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to comply with the provisions of this Decree; in the case of international treaties to which Vietnam is a member have other regulations shall apply under the provisions of international treaties.

Article 3. Article 5. Article 17. Temporarily suspended the activities when violating regulations on fire and forest fire 1. 3. 6. Article 26.
