Considering the recommendation of the Minister of labor, invalids and Social Affairs, the DECREE: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope of this Decree, detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on education and The labor law of aims, vocational programs; Organization, vocational activity; enterprises with vocational activities; admissions and contracts of apprenticeship; competition, testing and licensing authority, certificate; vocational training policy; the responsibility of the State Agency of vocational training.
