REGULATIONS of the PEOPLE'S COUNCIL of the LEVELS based on the law on organization of people's councils and people's committees (modified);
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the supervision and guidance of the Committee of the National Assembly, instructions and test for the Government of the people's Council;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the specific powers, duties of people's councils and people's committees at each level;
This regulation detailed provisions about the Organization and operation of people's Council levels.
Chapter I the PEOPLE'S COUNCIL of DELEGATES article 1 the people's Council of delegates who represent the will, aspirations of local people, the Executive model legislation, the State's policy, advocacy and mobilization of the people made the law, policy and participation in the management of the State.
Deputies to the people's Council has a duty to attend the session of the people's Council, Executive session rules. Opinions of the deputies to the people's Assembly must be recorded in the minutes of the session.
Article 3 1-peoples Council deputies have the right questions in the people's Council Chairman, President and other members of the people's Committee, the Chief Justice's courts, the people's Procuratorate Mayor and the heads of the specialized agencies in the people's committees at the same level. Article 21 In the Presiding Board session, the people's Council is responsible for: 1-controls the sessions under the program has been through people's Council;

3-receive letters, Petitions, complaints, accusations of citizenship and moved to the Organization, individuals have jurisdiction;

2-organizing experience exchange activities of the people's Council, the Board of the people's Council table of measures to enhance the performance of local councils;

4-Keep the relationship and coordination with the Congressional delegation in the locality; facilitating the delegation of the Commission of the National Assembly, the Council of nationalities and the Committee of the National Assembly, the delegation of the Government when on local public works;
5-cooperation with the people's Committee decision making Council or voters to recall deputies of people's Council at the suggestion of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the same level;
For permanent provincial councils are also responsible for reviewing, decided the additional elections of deputies of the people's Council districts, according to township level specified in article 60 of the law on the election of deputies to the people's Council.
 
 
Article 27 the people's Council meeting at least once every month to review the implementation of the resolutions of the Council and the decision of the Permanent Council and proposed work duties the following month. 5-Keep my relationship with the people's Council and people's Council, report the situation to the operations of the people's Council level to the people's councils and people's committees direct superior. The Organization holds the Constitution, the law on organization of people's councils and people's committees, regulations of the people's Council levels, other legal documents, policies and guidelines of the State for the people's Council level;
6-Keep contact and coordinate the work with the people's Committee in implementing the resolutions of the Council and facilitate the delegates and deputies Councils operate effectively;
7-cooperation with the people's Committee decision making Council or voters to recall deputies of people's Council at the suggestion of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the same level.
