RESOLUTION of the STANDING COMMITTEE of the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE of the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY of the SOCIALIST REPUBLIC of VIETNAM, pursuant to article 53 of the Constitution of 1959;
Pursuant to resolution No. 38/NQ-QHK6, November 24, 1976 on the establishment of special courts;
To strengthen the protection of life and property of the people, strengthen the protection of social order, create favorable conditions for the people conducting the victory the Socialist renovation and Socialist construction in Ho Chi Minh City;
As suggested by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and people's Procuratorate Director;
 
RESOLUTION: 1 Now delivered to special courts, established under resolution No. 38 NQ/QHK6, November 24, 1976 of the Committee of the National Assembly, the jurisdiction the crime especially serious about social order occurred in Ho Chi Minh City: killing people , Rob, blackmail, kidnapping, arson, robbery, Mack organized rape.
Article 2 in the case sentenced to death, the convict has the right to ask the Standing Committee of the National Assembly favour reducing the death sentence within three days of the pronouncement of the judgment.
If an application for relief to death then in term of ten days after receiving the application, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court to the National Review Committee.
Article 3 the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and Chief Procuratorate Institute people have the right to appeal against the death sentence within ten days from the receipt of the case file, to the Supreme People's court hearing.
Article 4 recording duration Too in article 2 and article 3, if the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and Chief Procuratorate Institute people don't protest, and if people were sentenced not please relief, the special people's courts ordered the execution of the judgment.
Article 5 the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, the head of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Minister of the Interior, Bored special courts project, President of the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City is responsible for the implementation of this resolution.
Article 6 this resolution into effect until there is a new decision of the Committee of the National Assembly.
