The RESOLUTION of a number of regulations for implementing the law on organization of people's courts of the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY of the SOCIALIST REPUBLIC of VIETNAM, pursuant to article 84 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
According to the recommendations of the Committee of the National Assembly;
 
RESOLUTION: 1-the law on organization of people's courts in 1992 was the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam passed on 6 October 1992, effective from the date of publication.
2-handed to the Committee of the National Assembly enacted the Ordinance on the Statute for judges and the appeals courts, the latest in June 1993.
3-while not yet enacted the Ordinance on the Statute for judges and the appeals courts, the procedure of appointment, dismissal, judges from all levels as follows: for the judges of the Supreme People's Court by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court the President decided;
For the judges of the local courts by the Minister of Justice after it agreed with the opinion of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court the President decided;
For judges of courts of military zone and equivalents, regional military courts by the Minister of Justice after it agreed with the opinion of the Minister of national defence and the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court the President decided.
4-The incumbent judges in the tribunals continued on duty until the President appoints judges granted according to the provisions of article 38 of law courts and organizations according to the Ordinance on the Statute for judges and the appeals courts.
5-handing the work execution from civil courts granted to the agencies of the Government must be done at the latest in June 1993.
In the run-up to the handover, the courts granted continues to perform this work.
