RESOLUTIONS issued rules Congressional session _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY of the SOCIALIST REPUBLIC of VIETNAM, pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 was amended and supplemented by resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 on 25 December 2001 of the Xth Congress , the tenth session;

Article 10.

Article 11.

Article 15.
1. Article 16.

Article 17.

b) vote by secret ballot;
c) voting by hand.

Article 20.

Article 21.

Article 22.

Article 28.

Article 29.

Article 31.
1. Article 32.

Article 33.

Article 34.
