Resolution on the promulgation of the regulation works of the Committee of the National Assembly _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ CONGRESS pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 was amended and supplemented by resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 on 25 December 2001 of the Xth Congress, session 10;
Based on the law on organization of the National Assembly;
Based on the Papers of the Committee of the National Assembly and the opinions of the deputies;
RESOLUTION: 1. The promulgation of the regulation works of the Committee of the National Assembly.
2. this regulation replaces regulation of activities of the Committee of the National Assembly National Assembly was IX, session 3 through July 7, 1993.

Operating RULES of the Committee of the National Assembly _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (attached to resolution No. 26/2004/QH11 of course Congress XI, session 5) chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1: committees of the National Assembly is the permanent organ of the Congress, elected by the National Assembly at the first session of each Congress of the key. Article 15:1. 2. 3. Article 16: in preparing the expected monitoring program of the Congress, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has the following powers and duties: 1. Article 17: in the directing program implementation monitoring of the Congress, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has the following powers and duties: 1. Article 18: the Committee of the National Assembly to decide quarterly monitoring programme, its annual base on monitoring programs by Congress, the proposal of the Council of the nation, Congressional committees, the Congressional delegation, deputies, the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front The Working Committee, delegates, volunteers and Board comments, recommendations of voters all over the country.
Article 19: based on the monitoring programme has been adopted, the Committee of the National Assembly assigned Committee member of the National Assembly implemented the contents in the program; the Monitoring Group or organization can communicate the ethnic Council, the Committee of Congress make some content in the program and report the results to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; decide on the progress made and measures to ensure the implementation of the program.

Article 21: for the operation of the Government, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has the following powers and duties: 1. 2. Article 23: for the Organization and operation of people's Procuracy, Committee on the National Assembly has the following powers and duties: 1. 2. Consideration of the legal text of the Supreme People's Procuracy signs contrary to the Constitution, laws, resolutions of the National Assembly, ordinances, and resolutions of the Committee of the National Assembly; the decision to cancel in part or the whole of the legal text of the Supreme People's Procuracy contrary to Ordinances, resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; suspend the enforcement of a part or the whole of the legal text of the Supreme People's Procuratorate are contrary to the Constitution, laws, resolutions of the National Assembly and the National Assembly to consider, at the most recent session of the decision;

3. Article 26:1.
