RESOLUTION of the Government issued the Government's action program to implement the resolution of the Tenth Congress and the resolution of key Congress XI about the plan for socio-economic development 2006-2010 the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant resolution National Congress tenth Vietnam Communist Party and resolution No. 56/2006/QH11 of National Assembly XI about the socio-economic development plan 2006-2010 society;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of planning and investment.
 
RESOLUTION: 1. Attached to this resolution the Government's action program to implement the resolution of the Tenth Congress and the National Assembly's resolution XI of the plan of socio-economic development in 2006-2010.
Article 2. This resolution takes effect after 15 days from the date The report.

The GOVERNMENT'S ACTION PROGRAM to implement the resolution of the Tenth Congress and the National Assembly's resolution XI of the plan of social-economic development 2006-2010 (attached to resolution No. 25/2006/NQ-CP on 09/10/2006 Government's) National Congress of the Communist Party, the tenth Vietnam has issued resolutions through reports on directions and tasks for socio-economic development in 2006-2010. Action programme includes the following content: part I the MAIN TASKS in economic I. 1. Accelerating the pace of economic growth; improve efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness of the economy a) Create strong transformation in agriculture, the rural economy and improve the lives of farmers perform synchronous solutions, policy to create a turning point in the quality of agricultural production, forestry and fisheries; developing agriculture yield, quality and high competitiveness.
