Considering the recommendation of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, decision: article 1. Approval of the project development of processing industry of agricultural industrialization and modernization of agriculture, rural to 2010 and towards 2020 with the following: i. DEVELOPMENTAL PERSPECTIVE 1. Development of processing industry is tied to the economic restructuring of agriculture, the rural areas consistent with the process of industrialization and modernization of agriculture, the countryside.
2. development of processing industry of agricultural, forestry production is tied to the market of domestic consumption, the world and the raw materials to develop these items have the comparative advantage and competitiveness.
3. Investing in the construction, improvement and upgrade processing facilities to ensure required modern technology, advanced equipment in combination with traditional equipment technology and scale consistent with the raw materials and items to enhance the quality and competitiveness of agricultural products , food processing, environmental protection industry to sustainable development and processing efficiency.
4. development of processing industry of agricultural, forest products on the basis of mobilizing all resources, all economic sectors involved.
II. DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES 1. III. The SOLUTIONS 1. 5. 6.
