Common, holds the Decree 119/2006/ND-CP dated 16/10/2006 by the Government on the organisation and operation of the Rangers, circular No. 22/2007/TTLT/BNN-BNV on 27/3/2007 of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development-the Home Office guidance on the tasks, powers and organizational structure in local Rangers to the civil servants of his unit. Build the program, plan, organize, implement comprehensive Decree No. 119/2006/ND-CP dated 16/10/2006 by the Government on the organisation and operation of the Rangers, circular No. 22/2007/TTLT/BNN-BNV on 27/3/2007 of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development-the Home Office guidance on mission powers and structure local Rangers.
