Pursuant resolution No. 73/2006/QH11 XI National Assembly session 10 regarding adjustment of targets and tasks of the new plantation projects 5 million ha of forest in the period 2006-2010;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, decision: article 1. Amendments and supplements to some articles of the decision No. 661/QD-TTg dated October 7, 1998 of the Prime Minister about the goals, mission, policy and organization of the project to plant five million ha of new forest: i. AMEND article 3 AS FOLLOWS: article 3. The Mission of the project in the period 2006-2010:1. Common tasks: a) on the management, forest protection:-for special purpose forests: the area is regulated strictly protected but has long had a population of living need to move people out of an area of strict protection, no case of population migration, the conditions must have specific investment projects aimed at settlement of the inhabitants not to deforestation.
