The DECISION of the PRIME MINISTER approving the list of communes fulfill program objectives of socio-economic development of the region ethnic, mountainous, border and remote areas the period 1999-2005, the addition of the communes and villages, into an investment of 135 program phase II and the stricken coastal Township and island on an investment of the program national poverty reduction goals in the 2006-2010 period the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to decision No. 7/2006/QD-TTg dated October 12, 2006 by the Prime Minister approving the programme of socio-economic development of the town especially hard the minorities and mountain period 2006-2010;
Pursuant to decision No. 20/2007/QD-TTg dated 5 February 2007 by the Prime Minister approving the programme of national poverty reduction goals in the 2006-2010 period;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of labor, invalids and Social Affairs and the Secretary, the Chairman of the National Committee of the DECISION: article 1.

Article 2.
1. -Lam Dong Province: CPC Long District of Luoyang instead of the name of the district by CPC, the district, the communal Conversation.
Article 4.
1.
