At the suggestion of the Director of the Organization Department, DECIDES: 1. Planning human development agriculture and rural development of the period 2011-2020 with the following: i. the VIEWS and OBJECTIVES of DEVELOPMENT 1. The perspective a) human development agriculture and rural development, to the successful implementation of the objectives of the strategy for socio-economic development in the period of 2011-2020.

2.
