The DECISION approving the rural development programme high technology applications in the national program of developing high technologies by 2020 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;

Pursuant to decision No. 2399/QD-TTg dated 31 December 2010 of the Prime Minister approving national program for high technology development to 2020;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, decision: article 1. Approval of agricultural development programs for high technology applications in the national program of developing high technology 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the program) with the following principal contents: i. OBJECTIVES 1. Promoting the development and effective application of high technology in agriculture, contributing comprises construction of agriculture comprehensive development in the direction of modern, large-scale goods production productivity, quality, efficiency and competitive power, achieving annual growth rates above 3.5%; solid guarantee food security, both national food before your eyes and the long term.
2. 3. Article 2. This decision replaces decision No 173/QĐ-TTg on October 29, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the project of developing agricultural high technology application to 2020 and has effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of people's Committee of the central cities, is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
