Pursuant to the law on quality of goods and products in 2007;

3. Make notes tracking records in the process, maintenance of aquatic varieties, the content notes specified in section B of Appendix 2 and made the minimum record retention is two (2) years.
Article 6.  Conditions for production and business establishments like aquatic parents 1. Article 14. c) In less than 15 working days after the decision to recognize the new aquatic breeds, Of the Bureau of fisheries and the Minister of agriculture and rural development, in addition to the list of varieties permitted fisheries production.

6. 6. Perform other duties authorized by the General Department of fisheries.

Article 25. Organizations, individuals, business, nursing, just like fisheries 1. Implementation of the provisions related to aquatic breeding herewith.
2. Provide documentation, relevant records and create favorable conditions for the examination bodies in performing their duties.
3. Be responsible before the law about the same aquaculture production business by themselves, only to be taken like fisheries quality assurance out of circulation.
4. Submission of fees as defined in article 3 of this circular.
5. Have the right to recommend the State Management Agency provides information, regulations, forms related to aquatic breeding in accordance with the law.
Chapter VII IMPLEMENTATION Article 26. Transitional provisions within a period of 2 (two) years from the date of this circular effect, the Agency can function assay is stipulated in decision No 18/2002/QÐ-BTS on 03 June 2002 on regulation of aquatic varieties assay, food, medicines, chemicals and Biologicals used in aquaculture are made according to recognized subscription of this circular.
