Chapter II CONDITIONS and PROCESS REVIEW article 5 AWARD. c) crop varieties of agricultural and forestry; just like livestock and aquatic products; agricultural materials, products, machinery, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, handicraft product: applied, deploy into production in time for at least 3 years, the Department of agriculture and rural development or the Department of science and technology, the central cities of confirmation;

3. Article 16. Effect 1. This circular is effective from 27 March, 2014.
2. This circular replaces circular No. 10/2009/TT-BNNPTNT on 11/3/2010 of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development on the cotton award review Vietnam yellow rice.
