The CIRCULAR regulates logos, flags, banners, costumes, traditional form of fishing and boat paint Check card, Check fishing boats _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated 26/11/2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to Decree 102/2012/ND-CP on 29/11/2012 of the Government on the organisation and operation of Test fisheries;
At the suggestion of the General Director of the Bureau of fisheries, the Minister of agriculture and rural development issued circulars stipulated logos, flags, banners, costumes, traditional form of fishing and boat paint Check card, Check fishery boats.
 
Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this regulation circular logos, flags, banners, costumes, traditional form of fishing and boat paint Check card, Check the check force of fishing boats fishing.
