The CIRCULAR, issued the list of chemicals, antibiotics banned the import, production, sales and use in livestock feed, poultry in Vietnam _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP on November 26, 2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP of the Government on the management of 05/02/2010 animal feed;
At the suggestion of Director of Department of livestock, the Minister of agriculture and rural development issued a list of chemicals, antibiotics banned the import, production, sales and use in livestock feed, poultry in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached to this circular listing harsh chemicals, antibiotics banned the import, production, sales and use in livestock feed, poultry in Vietnam.
Article 2. Effect 1. This circular effect since 20 October 2014.
2. Replace decision No 54/2002/QD-BNN on 20/6/2002 of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, on the prohibition of the manufacture, import, circulation and the use of some types of antibiotics, chemicals in the production and sales of animal feed.
3. Abolition of regulations on the management of Melamine to animal feed, poultry and in decision No. 1290/QD-BNN on 28/11/2008 of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, on the management of Melamine in livestock and aquaculture.
Article 3. Transitional provisions to extend the production, trading and use of substances Olaquidox, Carbadox, Bacitracin Zn in feed for livestock and poultry until the end of June 30, 2015.
Article 4. Chief of the Department, Director of Department of livestock, the Director of the Department of agriculture and rural development, the provinces and cities under central Government, heads of Ministries and organizations, units and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
