DECREE amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 14/2013/ND-CP dated 10 February 2013 the Government amended and supplemented a number of articles of Decree No. 7/2007/ND-CP dated 12 January 2007 from the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of laws legal help _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ based on Government Organization Law of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on legal assistance of 29 June 2006;
According to the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Government issued decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 14/2013/ND-CP dated 10 February 2013 the Government amended and supplemented a number of articles of Decree No. 7/2007/ND-CP dated 12 January 2007 from the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on legal aid.
Article 1. Modifying, supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 14/2013/ND-CP dated 10 February 2013 the Government amended and supplemented a number of articles of Decree No. 7/2007/ND-CP dated 12 January 2007 from the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on legal aid as follows : 1. Item 7 article 1 is amended as follows: "1. The Bachelor of law, have graduated from vocational training to lawyers, working at the legal aid center of the State, was sent to attend professional training courses for legal assistance; If check out professional training courses for legal aid shall be the Institute of Justice, the Ministry of Justice level professional training certificates legal assistance under the provisions of the law.
Who is Attorney at law lawyers or are exempt from training the legal profession in accordance with the law on lawyers, working at the legal aid center of the State, was checking the improving legal assistance; If check out professional training courses for legal aid shall be the Institute of Justice, the Ministry of Justice level professional training certificates legal assistance under the provisions of the law.

4. Article 12, Paragraph 1 be amended and supplemented as follows: "2.
