The Ministry of Finance shall guide a score as follows: part I GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. Part II SPECIFIC PROVISIONS i. instructions specified in article 3, 4, 5, 6 and paragraph 1 article 9 regulations attached to decision No. 59/2007/QD-TTg dated as follows: 1. II. 3. III. MANAGING USE SPECIALIZED VEHICLES AS DEFINED in article 11 REGULATION ATTACHED to DECISION NO. 59/2007/QD-TTG of SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Specialized Vehicles equipped according to the provisions of article 11 regulation attached to decision No. 59/2007/QD-TTg was delivered at the management of administrative agencies , business units to use for the Agency's mission, the unit.
2.
