CIRCULAR additional amendments to circular No. 23/2007/TT-BTC on 21/03/2007 and circular No. 57/2007/TT-BTC on 11/06/2007 of the Ministry of finance _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 60/2003/ND-CP on 06/06/2003 of Government of detailed rules and guidelines for implementing the law on the State budget;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated 01/07/2003 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of finance.
The Finance Ministry revised instructions, additional circular No. 23/2007/TT-BTC on 21/03/2007 of the Ministry of finance regulations, charges expenditure mode work organized the Conference for the State bodies and public business units and circular No. 57/2007/TT-BTC on 11/06/2007 of the Ministry of finance regulations welcomes foreign spending on working in Vietnam, spent organizing the Conference, International Conference in Vietnam and in-country living expenses as follows: i. REVISING, supplementing CIRCULAR NO. 23/2007/TT-BTC DATED March 21, 2007:1. Modify paragraph 1 section I as follows: "1. scope, audience enjoyed the diem regime: officers, servants, employees, contract labor under the provisions of the law in the Agency, which was authorized to work in the country. Deputies to the people's Council levels when active participants of the people's Council ".
2. additional account 12 section I as follows: "for the people's Council granted travel made the task of the people's Council (session the people's Council, a meeting of the people's Council, Board of supervisors, voter contact, ...) then diem is paid from the funds of the people's Council activities ".
3. Amend section II paragraph 1 as follows: "1. 5. Amend paragraph 4 section II as follows: "4. 6. II. ADDITIONAL amendments to CIRCULAR NO. 57/2007/TT-BTC on June 11, 2007:1.
