The DECISION to approve the development of a number of commercial infrastructure mostly the Northern key economic Region by 2010 and 2020 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of INDUSTRY and TRADE base resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 on July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam tags XII the first session, on the organizational structure of the Government and of the Deputy Prime Minister the key term XII;

Authorized by the Prime Minister allowed the Industry verified, approved the project for development of infrastructure of Commerce at no. 6428/VPCP-KTTH on November 7, 2007 by Office of the Government;
Review the Sheet number 345/VNCTM-TTr on July 3, 2007 of the trade Research Institute of the approval of the project "development of a number of commercial infrastructure mostly for the northern region until 2010 and towards 2020";
According to the proposal of the Director General, planning and investment decision: article 1: approved "plan developed a number of commercial infrastructure mostly the Northern key economic Region by 2010 and 2020" with the following principal contents: 1. Development-develop the kind of infrastructure of trade for the Northern key economic Region (hereinafter is The) fit with the social-economic development of the whole region in General, the of each province, central cities (hereinafter the province) in particular, the period up to 2010 and towards 2020.
