2. 4. Expert knowledge about real estate broker (total duration of 24 lessons), including topics and content: 1. (subject 1): overview of the real estate brokerage services (8) includes the main content as follows: a) about real estate brokerage service b) the role of the real estate broker in a real estate market c) active principles real estate broker activity d) condition of business brokerage services and require the expertise of a real estate broker) the factors influencing the development of the real estate brokerage profession e) experience of countries regarding real estate brokerage service g) professional ethics in the real estate broker 2.
