This circular guide some content about solid waste management planning, planning the construction of the solid waste treatment, recovery and recycling of solid waste treatment facility after the end of the operation, set up and manage solid waste estimation are defined in article 7 , 8, 9, 10, 34, 35 and 37 of Decree No. 59/2007/ND-CP dated 9/4/2007 of the Government on the management of solid waste are as follows: i. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANNING 1. d) presentation the selection, position, scale, solid waste transfer stations; the location, the scale of the solid waste disposal facility; the reception range of the solid waste disposal facility; solid waste collection method (with the device, the other rudimentary means...). When determining the location, the scale of the hubs and the solid waste facility, require demonstration of conformity with building plan was approved (if available). II.
