Pursuant to the law on road traffic, 29 June 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/ND-CP dated 4 April 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of transportation;

At the suggestion of the Director of the Organization Department, Director of Department of roads in Vietnam, DECIDES: 1. Approval of motor vehicle form the roadway (attached to this decision), to give the driver the road vehicles.

Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date The quote and replace decision No. 3277/2002/QĐ-BGTVT dated 10 October 2002 of the Minister of transport approving the form of motor vehicle road.

Article 3. Affairs Bureau of roads in Vietnam, held up approval of the project and innovation management licence; organizing print, manage and guide the implementation of the grant, the uniform driver's license change on nationwide.

Article 4. Office of the Chief Justice, the Chief Justice Inspector, Director of the Service, the Director of Department of roads in Vietnam, the Director of the Department of transportation, Department of public works, heads of agencies, organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
