RESOLUTION of the GOVERNMENT of the regular Government sessions in January 2008 on 30 January 2008, the Government of the regular session meeting in January 2008, discussion and resolution of the following issues: 1. 2. The Government listened to the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam the draft law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the civil code (section related to mobilization and interest rates for loans of credit organizations).

3. The Government listened to the Minister of public safety the draft Ordinance amending and supplementing some articles of the Ordinance on entry, exit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam; listen to the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office reported General Government member comments on draft Ordinance.
The Government unanimously adopted the draft Ordinance amending and supplementing some articles of the Ordinance on entry, exit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam. Delivery of Ministry of public security, in coordination with the Office of the Government, the Ministry of Justice and related agencies absorb Government members comments, complete the draft Ordinance. Public safety minister admit the Prime Minister authorized the commissions of the National Assembly the draft Ordinance.
4. The Government listened to the Minister of transport of the report results initially made resolution No. 32/2007/NQ-CP of the Government.
The implementation of resolution No. 32/2007/NQ-CP of the Government on some of the urgent solution to curb traffic accidents and traffic jams have advanced state management responsibility of ensuring safety traffic order of the ministries; exert the power of both the political system from the local and central to the whole society.
