PROGRAM MANAGEMENT REGULATION, AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION PROJECTS, EXTENSION of NATIONAL FISHERIES (attached to decision No 37/2008/QD-BNN on February 22, 2008 by the Minister of agriculture and rural development) chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. The scope and subjects of application 1.
