Pursuant to decision No. 276/2006/QD-TTg dated 11 December 2006 by the Prime Minister on the approval of the national target program of clean water and sanitation of rural environment in the period 2006-2010;
To match the actual situation, the Ministry of finance, Ministry of agriculture and rural development, the revised guidelines, a number of additional circular 80/TTLT-BTC-BNN on July 11, 2007 Guide to management mode, using State budget funds spent for the program of the national goals of clean water and sanitation of rural environment in the period 2006-2010 , as follows: 1. 2. The household has been supporting environmental improvements from 135 program phase II by decision No. 112/2007/QD-TTg dated 20/7/2007 by the Prime Minister on the policy support services, improve and enhance people's lives, legal help to raise awareness of the law , then not supported the construction of sanitation programs.
