CIRCULAR Guide made some regulations on grade civil servants _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 117/2003/ND-CP dated 10 October 2003 by the Government on recruitment, use and management of officers and civil servants in State agencies (hereafter abbreviated to Decree No. 117/2003/ND-CP); Decree No. 9/2007/NĐ-CP on 15 January 2007 the Government amended and supplemented a number of articles of Decree No. 117/2003/ND-CP;

III. Conditions, Standard GRADE EXAM EXPERT Or EQUIVALENT 1. -Reach a wage coefficient from 5.02 or higher if test on the turnover of the Group wage officials 2 type A3 (3.2) as the No. 2 payroll;

IV. Conditions FREE Of SOME TESTS In GRADE PUBLIC SERVANTS 1. The main professional grade or equivalent

a) exempt foreign language subjects for the case of one of the following conditions:-officers, civil servants, public employees as of December 31 of the year held grade age from 55 enough years for men and from 50 years of age for females.

-Officers, public officials, University officials, after overseas university or college graduate, postgraduate study in a foreign language in Vietnam.
b) exempt information subjects for officers, civil servants, public employees have graduated from intermediate specialization in information technology.
