DECISION functions, tasks, powers and organization of Service Organization-payroll _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of the INTERIOR pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated 03/12/2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries, ministerial agencies;
