Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 was revised, some additional articles by resolution No. 51/2001/QH10;

Pursuant to the law of the people's courts organization 33/2002/QH10;

Ordinance on organization of base military court No. 04/2002/PL-UBTVQH11;

Considering the recommendation of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, PARLIAMENT: 1. Supplements of 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) people's Court for staffing levels for 2009 and 2010, including 508 (five hundred component eight) district people's Court judges, district, town, city in the province. The total staffing of the people's Court is 13,524 (thirteen thousand five hundred twenty-four); including 5,436 (five thousand four hundred thirty-six) people's Court judge granted; specifically the following: 1. additional 119 (one hundred and nineteen) staffing for the Supreme People's Court. Staffing of the Supreme People's Court is 722 (seven hundred and twenty-two). Keep the number of judges of the Supreme People's Court is 120 (one hundred twenty) people as stipulated in resolution No. 752/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 on 18 June 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.

2. additional 112 (one hundred and twelve) staffing for the people's Court, the central cities. The people's Court of the central cities, is 3,711 (three thousand seven hundred eleven). Keep the number of judges of the provincial people's Court, the central cities is 1,118 (one thousand one hundred eighteen) people as stipulated in resolution No. 752/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 on 18 June 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.

3. additional 1,269 (one thousand two hundred sixty nine) staffing for the district people's Court, County, town, city in the province, including 508 (five hundred component eight) judge. Staffing of district people's Court, County, town, city in the province was 9,091 (nine thousand not hundred ninety) people, including 4,198 (four thousand one hundred ninety-eight) judge.

Article 2. Keep the military court staffing levels was 315 (three hundred fifteen) who, in that the number of military court judges granted is 141 (one hundred forty) who as stipulated in resolution No. 752/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 on 18 June 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, including : 1. the Central Military Court is 54 (fifty) people, in which the number of judges of the Central Military Court is 19 (nineteen).

2. The Court of military zone and the equivalent is 108 (one hundred eight ling) who, in that the number of judges of military courts and equivalent military region is 54 (fifty) people.

3. The area is 153 (one hundred fifty-three) who, in that the number of military court judges is 68 (sixty-eight).

Article 3. The implementation of the people's courts and the military court of the levels prescribed in Articles 1 and 2 of this resolution in article 1 and article 2 of the resolution must ensure the right title structure, standards and procedures for recruitment, appointed under the provisions of the law. Every year, the Supreme People's Court is responsible to report the implementation of the resolution before the Committee of the national people's Congress.

Article 4.

1. This resolution is in effect from March 2009.

2. The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, the Minister of defense in the scope of its powers, duties is responsible for the implementation of this resolution.
