The DECISION to enact a number of mechanisms, the development of housing for workers in the industrial area rent _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant resolution No. 18/NQ-CP on April 20, 2009 by the Government;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of construction, decision: article 1. General provisions 1. The State provides incentives and encourage economic sectors to invest in housing for workers in the industrial zones, export processing zones, economic zones (hereinafter referred to as industrial workers housing) rent according to the method of socialization.  
2. The investment in housing construction industrial workers must make sure the requirements: in accordance with the overall planning of industrial development, the economic zone; overall planning, detailed planning for the construction industry, the economic zone; planning, investment and development plan of infrastructure systems engineering and social infrastructure that serves the development of the industrial zone, urban economy and urban planning, land use planning by the competent State agencies; the system of technical and social infrastructure, ensure adequate functional areas and space to serve the needs in cultural activities, Fitness-Sports, aiming to create a civilized environment, security, order.  
3. 3. The procedures implementing construction investment projects in industrial workers made under the provisions of the law on construction and the provisions of this decision.
Article 6. Quality control of construction works for the construction of investment projects in industrial workers 1. 3. Article 10. This decision has the effect since 10 June 2009.
