Pursuant to Decree 187/2007/ND-CP on December 25, 2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of information and communications, regulations: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this circular guides the Organization the activities of radio and Television Festival to be held in Vietnam, including: 1. the radio and Television Festival on a national scale.

Article 2. Application object 1. Radio stations, television stations, radio-television activities according to the law on the press.

Article 6. Festival Steering Committee 1. Festival Steering Committee consisting of Chairman, Vice Chairman, the Deputy Head of the Committee and some members led by Minister of information and communication decided to establish.

Article 16. The Festival Organization 1. The Organization of the Festival must comply with the provisions of law majors and must be approved by the governing body of the Organization of the Festival and the State administration of radio, local television hosts the Festival.

Article 17. Chapter IV IMPLEMENTATION Article 18. Implementation 1. This circular has effect from 1 July 2009.
