Pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;

Pursuant resolution No. 18/2008/QH12 NQ-June 3, 2008 XII Congress of promoting a policy of social legislation to improve the quality of health care;

Pursuant to decision No. 153/2006/QD-TTg dated 30 June 2006 by the Prime Minister on the approval of the master plan for Vietnam health system development phase to 2010 and vision 2020;

Considering the recommendation of the Minister of health, decision: article 1. The scope, subjects of application 1. This decision stipulated about the regime of medical staff in villages, hamlets, a merchant, and villages, care (hereafter referred to collectively as the village). Article 5. Effect 1. This decision has effect from 1 July 2009.

Article 6. Responsibility of Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, the central cities is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
