CIRCULAR guide management mode, use and payment of funds the State budget made national action program against desertification period 2006-2010 and towards 2020 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 60/2003/ND-CP dated 10 June 2003 from the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the law on the State budget;
Pursuant to Decree No. 26/2008/ND-CP dated 5 March 2008 Prime Minister's regulations on the management and use of State budget funds secured for the work of the international treaties and international agreements;
Pursuant to decision No. 204/2006/QD-TTg dated 8 September 2006 from the Prime Minister's approval of the "national action program against desertification period 2006-2010 and towards 2020".
