DECREE amending and supplementing article 8 paragraph 3 of Decree No. 12/2007/ND-CP dated 17 January 2007 of the Government regulations on serving citizens in duration public safety people _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law of public security of the people on November 29, 2005;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of public security, the DECREE: article 1. Modify paragraph 3 article 8 of Decree No. 12/2007/ND-CP dated 17 January 2007 of the Government regulations on serving citizens have the time limit of public security of the people, such as the following: "3. During the active, non-commissioned officers, soldiers serving there term are entitled to the policy regime as stipulated in the law on the people's police , the Decree of the Government concerned and the policy regime, as follows: a) commissioned officers, soldiers serving there term from March 19 to March 24th, then enjoy an additional 200% monthly stipend level;
b) commissioned officers, soldiers serving there term from 25 to 36 month month shall be 250% monthly stipend level;
c) commissioned officers, soldiers serving there time limit is counted in family demographics when families are granted or adjust the area of housing, the housing and construction land arable land ".
Article 2. The Decree has effect as from September 1, 2009.
Article 3. The Minister of public safety instructions detailing the implementation of this Decree.
The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, the central cities is responsible for the implementation of this Decree.
