Article 11. The distribution, trade and consumption of goods in transit 1. 4. In case of force majeure the provisions in paragraph 2 of this article, shippers send the proposal to allow transit goods consumption to Service-export-import Industry. b. documents that unforeseen circumstances for goods in transit would be consumed in Vietnam.
5. The time limit for settling the suggested profile allows the consumption of goods in transit is 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of a valid application.
Article 12. Change changing transit gate gate export and import in the scope specified in the agreement by licensing authorities to consider settling for goods in transit by license and by the Customs authorities to consider settling for goods in transit are not under license.
Article 13. Chapter III article 14 ENFORCEMENT TERMS. Effect 1. This circular has the effect after 45 days from the date of signing.
2. This circular replaces decision No. 0938/2000/QD-BTM, on 30 June 2000 of the Minister of Commerce issued regulations on commodities of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to transit the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
