Chapter III article 14 ENFORCEMENT TERMS. Effect 1. This circular has the effect after 45 days from the date of signing.

2. This circular replaces decision No. 0938/2000/QD-BTM, on 30 June 2000 of the Minister of Commerce issued regulations on commodities of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to transit the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
