To facilitate in the granting, amending, supplementing the common passport and passport for Vietnam citizens abroad, the Ministry of public security and Ministry of unification guidelines as follows: article 1. General provisions 1. Vietnam nationals abroad wishing to be issued, modified, supplemented the common passport (hereinafter abbreviated as passport), passport applicants and get results in diplomatic missions, consular or other authority of Vietnam abroad authorized to perform consular functions (hereafter abbreviated as Vietnam representative body). 2. The not yet issued, modified, supplemented, not yet issued passport passport for citizens of Vietnam abroad prescribed in clause 2 Article 23 of Decree No. 137/2007/ND-CP follow the announcement of the Immigration Administration, the Ministry of public security.
