Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/ND-CP on 04/02/2008 of the Government mandate the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of construction;

Pursuant to decision No. 9/2008/QD-BLDTBXH on 27/3/2008 of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs on the regulation principles, construction process and issued national standards of vocational skills;

At the suggestion of the Director of the Organization Department, Director of the science, technology and environment, REGULATION: article 1. Attached to this circular to the national skills standards for occupations in construction trades group 10, including: Masonry-perfect; Formwork-scaffolding; Spandrel-South Korea; Concrete; Rough ceramic production; Production of Ceramic tiles; Production of sanitary; Glass manufacturing; Urban green management and stone carvings.

Article 2. This circular has the effect after 45 days from the date of signing.

Article 3. Director of the Organization Department, Director of the science, technology and environment and the organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
