Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2008/ND-CP DATED April 2, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP on April 17, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP on November 27, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP on December 25, 2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 157/2005/ND-CP on December 23, 2005 the Government of some internal mode, the term work in Vietnam abroad Agency (hereafter abbreviated as Decree No. 157/2005/ND-CP);

Pursuant to Decree No. 131/2007/ND-CP on August 6th, 2007 by the Government the additional amendments clause 1 and clause 2 article 9 of Decree 157/2005/ND-CP;

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of finance and the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs amend, Supplement "the minimum subsistence level Table in the Vietnam agency abroad" (Appendix I) attached to circular No. 29/2006/TTLT-BNG-BNV-BTC-BLDTBXH DATED February 8, 2006 of Ministry of Foreign Affairs The Interior Ministry, the Ministry of finance and the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs guide implementation of Decree No. 157/2005/ND-CP (hereinafter abbreviated as circular No. 29/2006/TTLT-BTC-BLDTBXH-BNV-BNG) as follows: article 1. Minimum subsistence levels and objects added to Appendix 1 joint circular No. 29/2006/TTLT-BNG-BNV-BTC-BLDTBXH DATED 9 Vietnam representative offices abroad from 2007 to 2009 under the Prime Minister's decision to be entitled to the minimum subsistence level 500 us dollar/person/months (Appendix) , including:-The Vietnam Embassy in Kazakhstan, Qatar, Israel, Mozambique and Norway.

-The Consulate General of Vietnam in Ekaterinburg (Russia), Fukuoka (Japan) and Houston (USA).

-Permanent Representative delegation to Vietnam alongside ASEAN in Indonesia.

Article 2. Enforceable.

This circular effect after 45 days from the date of signing.

Subsistence level stipulated in article 1 of this circular shall be calculated from the date the Agency enjoyed overseas Vietnam began operations as determined by the competent authority.

In the process if there are obstacles, the ministries and agencies overseas Vietnam have suggested text posted on the Foreign Ministry to Exchange consistent with the Interior Ministry, the Ministry of finance and the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs to review the decision.
