Pursuant to the law of cultural heritage/28 2001-QH 10, on 29 June 2001 and the law amending and supplementing some articles of the law on cultural heritage No. 32/2009-QH 12, June 18, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP, dated 25 December 2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of culture, sports and tourism;

The Ministry of culture, sports and tourism of forth the inventory of intangible cultural heritage and the establishment of science non-object cultural heritage for inclusion in the directory of intangible cultural heritage of countries as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Object, scope 1. This circular regulates the inventory of intangible cultural heritage and the establishment of science non-object cultural heritage for inclusion in the directory of intangible cultural heritage of countries.

2. This circular apply to agencies, organizations and individuals, Vietnam; agencies, organizations, foreign individuals and Vietnam who settled abroad join inventory of intangible cultural heritage and the establishment of science non-object cultural heritage for inclusion in the directory of intangible cultural heritage in Vietnam.

Article 3. Article 8. The inventory records 1. The inventory records include: a) the inventory results report: presents basic information about the process of inventory, quantity, name, type, value, status, protection measures and promote the value of intangible cultural heritage.
