2. 3. The responsibility of the Department of construction: a provincial PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE helps staff) perform the function of State management of the database of underground works of the municipality;

4. The responsibility of the Department of urban planning & architecture of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City a) archive records, documentary about urban planning management under the rules by themselves;
