This circular replaces circular No. 01/2007/TT-BLĐTHXH 13 Jul 2007 instructed a number of articles of Decree No. 67/2007/ND-CP on April 13, 2007 of the Government on the policy help social protection objects and circular No. 26/2008/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 10, 2008 by the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs revised , the addition of a score of circular No. 01/2007/TT-BLDTBXH DATED July 13, 2007 Guide to a number of articles of Decree No. 67/2007/ND-CP on April 13, 2007 of the Government on the policy help social protection objects.
In the process if there are obstacles, suggest the ministries, local timely reflection of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of finance to study the resolution./.
