Pursuant to the law of information technology on June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/ND-CP dated 10 April 2007 by the Government on the application of information technology in the activities of State bodies;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of information and communication, decision: article 1. Approved the national program on the application of information technology in the activities of State bodies the period 2011-2015 (referred to as the program) with the following principal contents: a. OBJECTIVES to the year 2010 and TOWARDS 2020 target until 2015 1 I.. General objective a) build and improve information infrastructure, create a development platform of electronic government.
b) wide application of information technology in the internal activities of the State bodies, towards improving labor productivity, reduce operational costs.
c) provides information, online public services of high level, on an extension for people and businesses, making the activity of State bodies more transparent, to serve the people and better business.
2. Specific objective a) build and improve information infrastructure, create a development platform of electronic government-to develop and improve infrastructure guarantee operations for information technology application in State agencies on environmental safety, efficient network.

Article 2. Implementation 1.
