The CIRCULAR stipulates the list of machinery and equipment are affected by policy decision 63/2009/QD-TTg on October 15, 2010 the Prime Minister about support policies aimed at reducing losses hoạchđối with agricultural products, seafood _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated 9 January 2008 of the Government functions duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development; Conference translated 75/2009/ND-CP dated 10 Sep 2009 by Government to modify article 3 of Decree 1/2008/ND-CP of March 1, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to the law, the quality of goods and products on November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to decision No. 63/2009/QD-TTg on October 15, 2010 the Prime Minister about support policies aimed at reducing post-harvest losses for agricultural products, aquatic products.
After the unification of ideas with Industry, the Ministry of finance, the State Bank of Vietnam; The Ministry of agriculture and rural development regulation listing the types of machinery, equipment and domestic production to reduce post harvest losses are affecting support policies as follows: article 1. Attached to this circular listing the types of machinery and equipment entitled to the policies defined in article 1 and article 2 of decision No 63/2009/QD-TTg on October 15, 2010 the Prime Minister about support policies aimed at reducing post-harvest losses for agricultural products aquaculture products.
Article 2. The Organization, the individual production of machinery, equipment, reduce post-harvest losses of self valuation of domestic production and registered with the Ministry of agriculture and rural development for publication. List of machinery and equipment aimed at reducing post-harvest losses and annually review, supplemented as required.
Article 3. The people's committees of provinces and cities under central direction to the Department of agriculture and rural development, in collaboration with departments and agencies to implement this circular locally; The Bureau of agriculture and forestry trade processing, fisheries and salt have the responsibility to urge, general implementation, periodic reports to Minister.
Article 4. This circular is effective from December 1, 2010.
Article 5. Chief of the Department, heads of agencies, the unit concerned, the Director of the Department of agriculture and rural development, the provinces and cities under central Government is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
