The CIRCULAR issued additional list of cultivars, fertilizers are allowed to produce, use and business in Vietnam _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP, January 3, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development; Decree No. 75/2009 on 9/10/2009 regarding the amendment of Article 3 of the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to the law, product quality goods on 21/11/2007;
The French seed command base on 24/3/2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 113/2003/ND-CP dated 07/10/2003 by the Government on production management, fertilizer; Decree No. 191/2007/ND-CP on December 31, 2007 of the Government revising, supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 113/2003/ND-CP dated 07/10/2003 by the Government on production management, fertilizer;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated 31/12/2008 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on product quality, goods;
Pursuant to circular No. 36/2009/TT-BNNPTNT on 24/6/2010 the Minister of agriculture and rural development, on the regulation of production, trade and use of fertilizers;
The Ministry of agriculture and rural development issued the additional list of cultivars, fertilizers are allowed to produce, use and business in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached to this circular 1. Additional list of cultivars were manufactured in Vietnam business include: 1 plain rice varieties; 1 glutinous rice varieties; 3 hybrid rice varieties, maize varieties, 01 01 just like tobacco and 3 varieties of grass (Appendix 1 attached).
2. list of supplements allowed fertilizers production, sales and use in Vietnam (including the registration back fertiliser from the fertilizer category attached to decision No. 40/2004/QD-BNN on 19/8/2009; Decision No 77/2005/QD-BNN on 23/11/2005 of the Minister of agriculture and rural development) (Appendix 2 attached) includes 8 types, divided into: microbial Fertilizers: 1 kind;
Organic micro-organisms: 3 types;
Biological Organic: 2 type;
Additional stools conditioners, growth substances: 2 type;
Organic and mineral fertilizers: 1 type.
3. list alternative fertilizers fertilizers was named in the list of allowed fertilizer production, sales and use in Vietnam but has the name of fertilizer, ingredients, concentrations of the substance registration and registration units (Appendix 3 attached), including 27 kinds , divided into: biological organic: 2 type;
Organic and mineral fertilizers 4 kinds;
Leaf fertilizer: 21 types;
Article 2. This circular has the effect after 45 days from the date of signing.
Article 3. Chief of the Department, the Chief crop, Director of the science, technology and the environment, the Director of the Department of agriculture and rural development of the province, central cities and heads of the relevant units responsible for the implementation of this circular.
