Pursuant to the law of standards and technical regulation on June 29, 2006 and Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP on 1st August 2007 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on technical regulation and standards;
The French base food safety command on 7 August 2003 and Decree No. 163/2004/ND-CP dated 7 September 2004 from the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on food hygiene and safety;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;
At the suggestion of the Director of food safety and hygiene, Director of science and training, Director of legislation, REGULATION: article 1. Attached to this circular: QCVN 6-3:2009/BYT-national technical standards for alcoholic beverage products.
Article 2. This circular is in effect from July 1, 2011.
Article 3. Director food safety, heads of units of the Ministry of health, Ministry of health; The Director of the Health Department of the province, central cities and other organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
