Pursuant to the law of standards and technical regulation on June 29, 2006 and Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP on 1st August 2007 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on technical regulation and standards;

The French base food safety command on 7 August 2003 and Decree No. 163/2004/ND-CP dated 7 September 2004 from the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on food hygiene and safety;

Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;

At the suggestion of the Director of food safety and hygiene, Director of science and training, Director of legislation, REGULATION: article 1. Attached to this circular to the national technical regulation on food additives, including: 1. QCVN 4-18: BYT/2011 national technical regulation on food additives-product of starch;

2. QCVN 4-19:2011/BYT national technical regulation on food additives-Enzymes;

3. QCVN 4-20: BYT/2011 national technical regulation on food additives-chemicals Group doing glossy;

4. QCVN 4-21: BYT/2011 national technical regulation on food additives-thickened substance;

5. QCVN 4-22: BYT/2011 national technical regulation on food additives-chemicals Group emulsified;

6. QCVN 4-23: BYT/2011 national technical regulation on food additives-Group foaming.

Article 2. This circular is in effect from May 1, 2011.

Article 3. Director food safety, heads of units of the Ministry of health, Ministry of health; The Director of the Health Department of the province, central cities and other organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular. /.
